Appointment Retainer:
We kindly request a retainer fee when booking your appointment. This retainer secures your slot and help us ensure availability for your desired date and time. Please note that the retainer amount will be applied to your service cost during your appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes life's unexpected events can disrupt your plans. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24-hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients.
Retainer Refund:
If you must cancel, your retainer will be fully refundable as long as we receive your cancellation notice within the specified time frame mentioned above.
Late Arrival:
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. In the event you exceed 15-minutes, we will need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that our subsequent clients are not affected. Your retainer will not transfer over to reschedule appointment.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not arrive for you appointment and do not provide prior notice of cancellation, we reserve the right to keep your retainer as compensation for the time slot that could have been offered to another client.
